Pastels have often been confused with the "chalk" that we used on the blackboard at school. But Pastels are pure pigment with only a binder. They are more archival than "oils." My passion is photorealism using subjects and textures that I enjoy photographing in my environment.

Glass is an exciting, dynamic media that can be translated into many forms. Fusing presents the opportunity to experiment with its fluidity and luminosity. A new idea or technique can open doors to discoveries that could not be imagined in any other artistic expression.
